Bhaddanta Saddhammakittisara

 

- since 1996, Patron Monk of the Society for Propagation of Vipassana, Mogok Sayadaw 's way;

- born in 1947, and become a Buddhist monk since 8th waxing moon day of Waso, in Myanmar calendar (2 phase lunar calendar, year 1340), i.e. Gregorian Calendar: July 12, 1978;

 

Award & Degree:

- 2016, Honorary Doctorate Degree in Vipassana Bhavana, Maha Chulalongkorn Raja vidyalya University, Thailand;

- 2015, Certificate of Achievement, conferred by the President of the Republic of Union of Myanmar;

- 2014, Honorary Doctorate Degree in Social Science by Naresuan University, Thailand;

- 2009, 1st level Aggamahakamattanacariya;

- 1999, 2nd level Mahakamattanacariya;

- Mogok vipassana, and Paticcasamauppada; Remark: Mogok, a town's name, in Myanmar;
