- www . kusalakari . net domain name has been created since November 6, 2016 / 2560;
- Kusalakari Meditation Center (K M C) has been founded since 2012, and currently under construction, and land & structural development;
- since 1990s, Kusalakari monastery has established in Fremont, California, USA.
Plan:
1. CA EXEMPT (land use right, a.k.a. exception in parcel development) will be needed to apply and then granted officially, regarding 5+ acres, in French Camp, California, USA;
2. 17ft x 50ft x 100ft steel structural building will be with heating & air-con (est. 20 ton unit), and wall with windows and doors;
3. pavement (car parking & tar road) with platform; Remark: concrete road and tar road have been built since 2022, but car parking (with solar powered eV charging ports) and platform are not yet;
4. 50ft x 75ft barn building needs to be rebuilt as (3800 Sq. Ft. total, 38 ft height) steel structural building, with concrete foundation and floor;
5. natural gas stations, for catering;

2. 15ft Extension to the currently built (17' (H) x 50' (W) x 100' (L)) steel structural building, and project plan (2022 Model; Head Monk agreed) as:
2.1. 15' x 50' Extension to the
current building (50'x 100') ;
2.2. 15' x 50' Extension at the east-side of the (50' x 100') building;
2.3. 2 ft up (higher) elevation (floor of the extension) than current 50'x100'
building's floor;
2.4. the same roof type as (50' x 100') building;
2.5. the same metal frame type as (50' x 100') building;
2.6. 50'x 100' building's 3 sides, with glass walls;
2.7. 15'x 50' Extension's 3 sides, with stucco walls (without door, without
window);
2.8. (2 sides of 100'), (1 side of 50') with glass walls;
2.9. aluminum (brown color) frames with 8' height, 3 panels folding together,
with lower-and-upper metal rails horizontally;
2.10. 3 panels folding (glass wall, when not fold), folding to the metal post
(door alike, when fold);
2.11. 50' x 100' building: between 8' tall glass (folding panels) and the edge
of the roof, with fixed glasses (un-removable);
2.12. 15' x 50' Extension's roof height (highest point) is 20' , and same slope
degree as 50'x100' building;
2.13. 200 Amp breaker box is on the stucco wall of the 15' x 50' Extension;
2.14. 15' x 50' Extension, with electrical wall outlets, and thermal insulation;
2.15. 15' x 50' Extension with stucco texture, and slate gray color exterior
with 0.28 nozzle, Satin finishing of paint;

1. 25' (twenty five feet) from street (county line), approx. 234ft concrete block fence, with wrought iron gates;
2. tile floor at approx. 50ft x 75ft dharma building (a.k.a. barn);
3. 17ft x 50ft x 100ft steel structural building (a.k.a. agricultural storage building);
4. brick walk way, approx. 10,000 bricks;
5. recycled rocks drive way and pavement, approx. 15ft x 2000ft (fifteen feet x two thousand feet);
6. 50ft x 100ft concrete slab; open air, outdoor; tents;
7. regular pest control, and air-con filter change service;
Remark: since COVID-19 pandemic worldwide (2019-2021), air-con air filters have been changed 2 times a year, and PF10 grade air filters only, because PF10 grade can eliminate unwanted airborne virus;
8. regular waste dumping to waste management sites;
9. annual fun fairs & nirvana bazaar;
10. water pipe installation approx. 3333ft watering system for plants;
11. electrical wire installation approx. 2222ft, underground, AWG8;
12. 5" water well with plentiful water at approx. 228ft depth (tested down to 280ft); but still need to be connected with AWG4 wire approx. 888ft away from electricity pole at street (county line);
Remark: at approx. 228-280 ft underground, the least Nitrite level inside of well water, if compare to (<100 ft underground) because decades of farming cause higher Nitrite level inside of well water if <100 ft underground;
13. wireless audio (amplifier, microphone, speaker) system availability;
14. invitations of monks from Myanmar, as visiting monks in USA;
15. mobile homes (10 mobile homes) already set;
16. container full of statues of Buddha, deities, and traditional items, from Mandalay;
17. traditional ornamental concrete professional (2 persons) had done 1st round (1 year) of ornamental concrete works (e.g. deity symbols, lotus flower symbols, monk symbols, ... ); Remark: thanks to traditional ornamental concrete professional U Myint Thein and U Tun Tun;
18. in 2022, 180ft x 180ft structural B o d h i Tree project, successfully done;
19. in 2022, approx. 16ft x 600ft concrete road, and 12ft x 600ft tar road already built;
20. in 2022, approx. 6ft x 800ft concrete brick wall (north side fence) with foundation already built; Remark: USA Standard 8" x 8" x 16" concrete (blocks, bricks) with concrete filling method (after fitting & setting with rebar) ... ;
21. in 2022, water purification system (water wells), approx. 2 meter high, 2 meter radius, on the ground type, already built;
22. pest control (once-by-2-months, onsite service), termite control (insurance alike, inspected and maintained by professional licensed ones), serviced by CLARK PEST CONTROL, California, USA;
